Receptor in your guitar effects loop??

Hey guys!

wondered if anyone had any thoughts on running receptor VST effects in the effects loop of a guitar amp.

I've tried using plugs like Guitar Rig on the Receptor and running them into the PA and they sound pretty horrible, especially anything with distortion. I love them for the studio but live is a different story. There's gotta be a way to make them sound good, right?

Anyone have any ideas?
