Argh! It hurts.

Perhaps try for some 3d like skin, more shadows and stuff, it looks very rough right now and hard to the eyes.

good work..... now if i only was a zebra user.... ha ha ..

i like it!im a fan of nord lead. don't got zebra, (but with all this talks about it, who knows...), i like what you are trying to do to the knobs!

Careful though - I seem to remember that legal issues meant the Nord-esque skin for Disco DSP's Discovery synth was withdrawn. Worth being aware of before putting in lots more work on this (fun though it is)!

That red is a bit pink it should be quite a bit darker and more saturated. In fact all the tones used seem too light and undersaturated... Are you by any chance working on an LCD screen? The reason I ask is that this is the kind of thing see all the time when someone sends me work they've been doing on a laptop because the screens often don't give particularly accurate results and what looks great on your own screen can sometimes look bad on others. I know a lot of Arts/graphics people who still use CRTs instead of LCDs because they show colours much better.

I think the Discovery skin also used Nord knobs and other bits and pieces so that it looked just like a Nord product and it was also marketed as being able to load Nord Lead 2 presets. It was more a case of DiscoDSP taking the whole emulation thing a bit too far for Nord's liking!

So long as you just use the colours and don't really try to make it look exactly like a Nord product and then try to sell it as a Nord emulator, you should be okay! :)

Well, having "Nord" written in the top right is a bit of a red flag to the Nord lawyers! ;) But yes, I take your point otherwise.

edit: upstairs
ok .. i will make last changes in script and make it for free download

The black buttons and modulation wheel have been directly borrowed from Discovery products. I'd recommend to the original artist to replace them before making it available to the public.

Feel free to compare them at http://www.discodsp.com/discoverypro/
