Hey, a live gig is a live gig. And seeing the Receptor on stage for real is pretty cool.
I do have to say tho Cyndi Lauper was an incredible performer. I give her credit where it is due. It was quite a fun show.
I agree with the iLok tho, I thought that odd too. Maybe the rack is shallow?

They probably prefer to have the iLok in the front so they can insert it during sound check, and it's easy to visually confirm that it's there. They ship loads of gear and may be concerned about leaving the software "live" (with the iLok plugged permanently into the rear in the rack during shipping). Mine is in one of the rear USB slots, but then I'm the roadie and shipper too...

A little off-topic but I managed to find a USB cable that plugs straight into the Receptor motherboard, the same as used for the USB port in front. I secure the iLok internally to this cable using cable ties so I don't have to worry about losing or forgetting it.
