Hi guys,

I apologize in advance if this was already posted somewhere or is extremely obvious. Kontakt 2 just came out with an update. I use KONTAKT 2 on both my receptor as well as my host computer. I haven't attempted to update on my Receptor yet...as I just wanted to be sure about the process. I am assuming I need to wait for the appropriate build to download off Plugorama...is this correct? I just came from PLugorama and saw that the only build available is 2.2.1 --- and I believe KONTAKT is now 2.2.3

Just looking for some clarity on this... thanks!

Indeed, you will have to wait (and wait...and wait..) for the appropriate build to become available on Plugorama.

Hip Hop Hooray for waiting....and waiting...and waiting...and waiting :x

Given the backward compatibility issues, it's really puzzling why they don't put better effort in keeping Kontakt 2 patch current. It's not like NI is releasing updates weekly. With the service center issue resolved, I thought it was supposed to be easier to apply updates. I'm wondering if it's simply that Muse doesn't know how many people actually use Kontakt 2 on the receptor. I've opened a ticket requesting the upgrade. Maybe more tickets might help it rise in the queue? Just a thought.

Hey tj... tell me how to open a ticket and I'll do it! :D
