Trouble in Reaper

I'm a regular Reaper user. (reaperaudio.com)
The Sylenth1 displays some interesting properties, which may or may not be due to the synth itself. That's what I want to find out and get fixed.
After recording some midi material, upon playback of it the whole app freezes for half a second after around 20-30 seconds. This only happens with Sylenth1, and only during playback as far I could tell.
I've already sent you a link to an example session via email. I'm sending the same to the Reaper developer. I hope this can be resolved quickly.
Thanks for a great synth

I have the same problem with Reaper
Installed it on Linux with Wine and tweaked hours to find the problem (optimized realtime setting and so on)...
Now on Windows I have the same freezes and found it comes from Sylenth1
Lennard, hope you have a solution as quick as possible? Its a very bad bug and makes the Sylenth1 unusable on this sequencers.

Do you think the host developers (of Reaper in particular) can do anything to counter the SE behaviour ? The author of Reaper is very responsive, so there's a good chance it could be fixed if possible.

Yes I'm sure that would be possible, but it might be difficult depending on how the host engine was built I think.airon wrote:Do you think the host developers (of Reaper in particular) can do anything to counter the SE behaviour ?
