Reinstalling Kontakt 2

As I was installing the newest version of Kontakt 2 with the Service Center my Receptor froze. I had to hard reboot it by holding the power button. Everytime I try to uninstall Kontakt 2 it does not Uninstall. I read the error log and it states that all of the updates were installed, but when I click on kontakt 2 to authorize it I get an error stating reinstall NI service center. Does anyone know of a fix or how to uninstall Kontakt 2 so I can reinstall it in the proper way? Thank you in advance .
