Wavestation causing regular cpu spikes

With the kind help of Kermit Jagger I had Korg's Legacy Collection installed on my rev C Receptor several months ago. I know that this is not officially supported by Muse, but I was wondering if anyone else running these plugs (Wavestation in particular) is experiencing CPU spiking.

Average CPU usage is fine but I get peaks, often every second or so, even when the Wavestation is the only plug loaded. Any suggestions as to the cause please? Or will I just have to continue sampling it into Kontakt My Receptor is maxed out with RAM.
