Voting, shouldn't it have started by now?

Just curious here. In the original plans the votes would start yesterday. That hasn't happened. So when will we be able to vote?

I wondered if the outage last night was something to do with server reconfig for voting, etc; or if it was getting bigger equipment in due to the DC overloading the servers!
