Someone please help me
I just bought this new computer, window vista, HP
when I installed LUNA to the computer, open LUNA,
it has message of:
"could not start audio engine"

then I went to "edit" , audio set up, it gave me two pop up messages
1. "audio saved", then this message disappear
2. "no audio device found"

Thanks in advance

You need an ASIO driver for your sound device.

If your sound device does not have a ASIO driver, you can use the ASIO 4 ALL driver from http://www.asio4all.com

Thanks for the reply, I did download from ASIO driver to my computer desktop,
then launch the LUNA, it does not allow me to select audio edit thru. edit

function.

You not only need to download asio4all, you also have to install it.

But i'm confident you know that, right?

Now if you have properly installed asio4all, you must be able to see it in LUNA's audio setup.

If you don't see an asio4all driver in LUNA's audio setup, it means that asio4 all is not yet properly set up.

Hope this helps.
