Hi Folks,

Howard, excellent work on the new factory bank! I always thought Zebra was lacking in that area since purchasing it, but these are just what it needed!
I'll be studying them all very hard and steeling all your tricks  :P

Really, fantastic job all around. :hail:

Thanks for the update U-HE!!!

Peace 8)

I must have done something wrong when installing the 2.2 update cuz I don't see a new bank by howard.

Yep! That's the one thing I completely forgot... Howard is doing some for next week, I might be doing one if I find time this weekend... anyone else feel inspired?

i have a problem with a preset: 4 Pianoids / waterpiano
when i play some notes (4-5) i get big cpu spikes (120% - 180%, in differnt hosts eXT2, phrazor, bidule) . the sound is distorted. i have a P4 2,4 GHz, win XP.
is my computer too weak for this patch? (there are some more patches with this problem)

Just tried this with Cantabile Lite and didn't see any problems (WinXP 1.6Ghz Pentium M, 1.5GB Ram). When hitting 3-4 keys I'm only seeing about 40% max system load and no distortion. I do see some audio clipping with 4-5 notes, nothing that couldn't be solved by a limiter or lowering the main output. Maybe it's potentially related to your soundcard? I'm just using the simple DirectSound module with a cheap SoundMax chipset.

thx bmrzycki.

but with distorted sound i dont mean too loud and digital cliping, i mean a cpu overload. i know how it sounds when the main output is to loud. this strange distorsion comes with the cpu overload. will investigate this a little bit more tomorrow. have to go to bed, was a long week :)
