i'm new to producing and to luna and sequencers in general.
so how can i generate a pitchbend, i.e. how can i change the pitch of a midi note or propably even of a audio part steadily over a certain period of time?
do i need a vst effect (and if so which?) ?
i've also heard of automation lines, what are they and can (how?) i generate them with luna free?
how to pitchbend with luna free?

ok i finally found out that i simply have to draw a pitch bend line ( i didn't knew there was one^^).
so my next question: is this only possible with midi data to be bended or can i somehow bend normal audio files ?

Only MIDI. Pitch bend is a MIDI controller that is interpreted by a MIDI-aware/controlled instrument like a VSTi. It won't affect audio data in any way. There might be a VST somewhere that could take in audio data and a MIDI control stream and manipulate the audio via MIDI controllers, but I don't know what that would be.defsleep wrote:so my next question: is this only possible with midi data to be bended or can i somehow bend normal audio files ?

You can twist perceptions, reality won't budge.

Well... A sampler might be able to do real-time pitch-shifting of a wave in response to Pitch Bend... I'm wondering if Kontakt, say, would do this...
