Hi Urs
Sorry if this has been covered before but do you have plans to support a sidechain input in VST3 for Filterscape?
I'm loving the new easy sidechaining in Cubase 4.1 and can't wait for the first filter with s/c input.
Or do you not even have the SDK yet?
Cheers

From the steinborg website
"On its release in January 2008, the VST3 SDK will, of course, be available as a free technology, open in use for any developer."
It has been mentioned on cubase.net that about 15 developers have been taking part in the development of the sdk, who could conceivably have a heads up on this but i'm guessing u-he ain't one of them

I believe every thread should devolve into character attacks and witch-burning. It really helps the discussion.

I could have got it, but they sent me an NDA for another company. I requested a corrected one, never heard back. That was half a year ago.ericj23 wrote:i'm guessing u-he ain't one of them
Side chaining is an interesting issue, indeed. Doesn't that work with VST 2.x as well?
VST3 support remains unfeasable as long as it doesn't jump over to more than 1 host. I couldn't afford to invest two weeks or more on some piece of technology that won't show up before ages from now...
