[solved] My Receptor is dead

Hi all,

Yesterday I booted my Receptor the first time after 4 months. After two minutes it just shut down itself and wouldn't boot again. A few hours later I tried a new power cable. it booted, but it again switched itself off. Today there's no life sign at all anymore

I think it's a Rev B, latest OS

Is this a known issue?

Could it be the fuse? (Does it have a fuse?)

Well. There's no phone number in Germany and I'm, a bit reluctant to describe these sorts of problems in English - which isn't my native language.

Other than that I can't find any further assistance on their website, except for this forum.

Hi Urs,

Sorry to hear about your Receptor problems. On first guess, I would suspect this to be a power supply issue.

Anyway, go to the site http://www.plugorama.com/customer/home.php and login. then click on the right sidebar menu "get support". From the center menu, select "new ticket". In your best written english, describe the problem (What you said above is fine, and muse will be able to continue from there).
