Fruity Loops and Sylenth is driving me mad

Hi lennar please could you come up with a quick fix for the cpu stutter in flstudio7 its driving me round the bend, i no you can use chainer vst but it dosnt allow me to link my midi keyboards mod wheel to any paramiter like filter cutoff even when selecting midi learn in tha chainer you recomended.
