I'll be getting my new computer later this week, maybe early next week. It will be another week until I'll have a chance to buy/load all my software and plugins. How much time do I have left to pre-order?
I have a friend's laptop to use for now. Can I buy MFM2 now, download onto this laptop, wait until my machine is up and running and then install it on my new DAW later?
Which reminds me to ask, is there any trouble registering MFM2 on a computer not connected to the internet?

it's like all my commercial plugins - buy a license once, receive the serial number, install & use on as many systems as you want, as long as it's *you* who's using it. (That also means: The machine doesn't have to be connected to teh internet) 
Now to the MFM2 question: There's still some work to do. But due to the weak dollar recently I will probably change the price tag instantly upon release this time - not a week later as I used to...
