Hi,
I just installed a new HD from Muse, reinstalled the plugin and samples stuff....fine
Now I want to put back my setting into the "Bank & Patches" Folder, incl. my Multis..
I use a Mac, connected via Ethernet...Everthing else works..., but:
I get the message, that I perhaps have to enter my administration codes for editing this folder, and then it says: No, no rights to do that.. I checked the rights of both (the destination folder and my source folder, and all is read/write...
Anyone a possibility to deal with that???
Best
Chris

Hi Chris
I got the same problem.
And also, I tried to rebuild some of my layered KontaktII patches but for some reason, I can't see the kontakt patches within kontakt. I can see the 'kontakt experience' patches and load them, but not the ones that come with kontakt.

have you tried putting the folders that made up the "banks and patches" before into the "drop installers here" and installing them. My understanding is that you CANNOT directly write to the "Bank and Patches" folder, but must let Receptor re-build it by dropping in the old folders with the FXP files in them. They should stay organized the same if you drop in the old folder structure.
They WON'T, however, get the same MSB/LSB assigned to them as before (but maybe that doesn't matter to you).

Thanks for the tip....I also got this solution from Muse last night...And tried it out!!!
It works!!!
Fine for me!!
Just a question...If I put Patches from different Instruments (Albino, FM7, B4) into the "Drag Installers" folder, will it sort it them also logical by itself??
Best and thanks!!!!

Yes it will. When I first got my Receptor I thought this was simply amazing. Drag an FXB (or a folder of FXP's) in there and install and it FIGURES OUT which plugin they go with!ChrisSimon wrote:Thanks for the tip....I also got this solution from Muse last night...And tried it out!!!
