Is the latest version of WaveToZebra compatible with Zebra2.2b6? I'm trying to create some new oscillators but they don't seem to load properly. The only osc's that seem to load properly are the Factory osc's. Others, such as the WavesOfPlenty, only seem to load intermittently.

Simply work with V2.2 final instead of any beta...

Thanks Urs. Things seem to work a bit better now, I'm still having a few issues with oscillators not always loading though.
Out of curiosity, is the oscillator file format documented anywhere?

I've started to... just open in a text editor and look at itvery angry mobster wrote:Thanks Urs. Things seem to work a bit better now, I'm still having a few issues with oscillators not always loading though.

Btw... sometimes you have to turn a knob to update the visuals & sound. The best bet it so modulate the waveform parameter while stepping through waveform scripts. (I'll eventually fix this... arrrgh!)

I did have a look but I saw a chunk of binary data, which I assumed contained most of the waveshape info.I've started to... just open in a text editor and look at it![]()
Arrh! The mod wheel worked really well ...until I loaded an oscillator that wrote over the modulation settings.Btw... sometimes you have to turn a knob to update the visuals & sound. The best bet it so modulate the waveform parameter while stepping through waveform scripts.

hehehe... please take a look at the output of WaveToZebra... there it's not just binary data... and it doesn't overwrite modulation settingsvery angry mobster wrote:I did have a look but I saw a chunk of binary data, which I assumed contained most of the waveshape info.I've started to... just open in a text editor and look at it![]()

The output of WaveToZebra looks like..
Is that what it's supposed to look like?

Hmmm.
I thought it looks like... different...
OSC1 is wrong btw... as a module preset it should be just OSC...

The WavesOfPlenty OSC presets don't work for me too. The waveform display is updated when loading but the sound doesn't change at all. One thing I noticed is that these presets use Windows linebreaks instead of Unix LF as the factory presets do, but changing this doesn't have any effect.
