Hi guys,

Please refer to the pasted quote below, from my Plugorama support ticket (thought someone here might be able to help more quickly):

Just checked that I bought this, which I did, from you directly. Anyway, my Receptor is saying:

"The registration period has expired. Please register your product with the Registration Tool provided in the application folder."

When I try this, it asks for a serial, and I don't remember ever getting one, and can't find an email with a serial...

Please help asap!

Hi Watto,

This is what usually happens when:

a.) You start the demo period to eval a product, and that period is over
b.) Your iLok key is not present.

I would start with trying to check (b). Unseat and reseat your iLok key (or try it on a different USB port. If all those things seem OK, take your iLok key over to a Mac/PC and check the status of the licenses on that iLok key.

If none of these things help, I'd then try to uninstall/reinstall Kompakt.

Finally, if nothing else works, I'd register a service ticket with muse.
