Installing Komplete Classics on Receptor

Hi everyone,

I purchased a copy of Komplete Classics (Akoustik piano, B4II, Electric Piano, Pro-53), however, I don't get it running on the receptor. I tried to begin with the Akoustik piano installer, however, it didn't recognize my serial number. NI Service center, which I just have installed on the receptor doesn't recognice my Komplete Classics Serial number either.

Any hints?
