hi urs,
as a very satisfied owner of both zebra and filterscape i am currently evaluating mfm. is it possible to create a spring-like delay (don't know how to describe it better), a delay where the delay time is constantly getting shorter over time, with mfm?
i couldn't find a respective preset in the mfm demo. i first heard this effect on eddie jobsons theme of secrets (still one of my all-time favourites), so it is most probably a synclavier effect.
thanks for any ideas and best wishes
reimund

Coincidentally I had that very same issue two days ago.
I'm almost sure that it's possible to do, if delay times and feedback matrix are carefully set so that taps "fall into the gaps" even after a number of repititions. This is probably also related to reverb design where the pattern of taps builds up "density".
I'll eventually try something, but I'm not 100% sure if four tabs are enough.
