Effectrix 1.1.1 and the energyXT versions

Hi guys,

I just bought effectrix on the basis of an earlier version demo which worked fine on my setup, but the 1.1.1 version is leading to cascades of exceptions in energyXT 1.4 almost instantly on use (both standalone and wrapped in minihost). Is it possible to get the older version again and see if that works better?

Setup: energyXT 1.4, running EST into Effectrix. MacMini running windows.

My experience (exceptions after a few seconds of manipulations) is almost identical to the Sonar bug thread listed in an earlier thread.

which version of EnergyXT so you use ?

Hi Robert,

The final version released of the energyXT 1, standalone and effect versions (i.e. what you get if you download energyXT 1 from www.energy-xt.com at the moment). Oh, and I'm running ASIO4ALL if that's at all relevant.

Thanks for getting back to me about this, will email you. Later this week I'll reinstall windows and see if things work better from a clean slate.

For reference to anyone else running into this problem, upgrading from energyXT 1.4 to energyXT 2 made it go away for me. Thanks to Robert for the suggestion.
