Hey all.
For those that bought the Receptor with Komplete 5 preinstalled and 2GB RAM, do all of the programs work flawlessly out of the box? I've read about Akoustik Piano having problems, inability to use non-included Reaktor ensembles and Kontakt disk streaming not working that well. But, maybe those are all people that did manual installs??
I'm debating whether to get a new performance keyboard (Kurzweil PC3X) or get a controller and a Receptor with K5 built in. I'd love to get the Receptor, but I'm so gun shy about using plug-ins live ...
Thanks!

Akoustik Piano has a slight bit of latency compared to Ivory. AP has a warmer tone in the mid range for my money but Ivory Italian Grand is pretty impressive across the full 88.
Some of the NI programs (and other 3rd party Kontakt libraries) are memory and processor hogs.
In many cases killing the convolution reverb and adding a reverb effect is the way to go.
Loading times aren't too bad but that depends on your live band scenario. If you play songs back to back and the pallette is radically different for each song than the loading times would be an issue or at least require more management than the average workstation. That's the price of fidelity and freedom (not being locked into a one vendor workstation solution).
