Muse Research customer support is simply incredible!

I have 2 Receptors and both of them got tangled up beyond belief, mainly due to excessive power surges in my area. I had several previously installed plugins that were destroyed and some that were hobbling along. After spending almost an hour on the phone and "Go To Assist" with Vic from their support team and Farhan from engineering, I was up and running on both Receptors. "Go To Assist" is an incredible tool which allows support people to get on to your computer from a distant location and then connect to your Receptor and see what is really going on in side your Receptor. It was fascinating watching the Muse people do instant surgery with their software on my Receptor! I have been in the music business for almost 40 years and I have never seen such dedication to customers as I have seen with Muse! I applaud Muse and their people for their dedication and professionalism.

When you really get down to it, most hardware is the same but Customer Service is the difference that separates the professionals from the amateurs. For my money, I can't afford to leave my fate in the hands of amateurs or companies that can't bother with the individual customer. I think that must be why the big name people go with Receptor. Thanks again guys! :)

Wow! That is great. I had no idea they could remotely examine your Receptor. For people like me who live outside of the US (im in the UK) it is a reassuring thing knowing that I may not have to send my unit back to them should a problem occur. Thanks for pointing that out Phil, and well done Muse for having that facility.

Muse customer support is exeptionally good! Every support ticket gets attention, they seem to understand that their product is used by musicians that use it on stage/tour.

Have not seen a company yet in the music soft/hardware with such dedication.

Cheers and applaud!

I actually called their offices last Friday to ask about the specs for the rev C and they were very helpful.
