Can't Order Zebra2

Whats the trick to ordering Zebra2? I tried my credit card and Pay pal and both have returned to me "Payment was not Confirmed. Order not completed". Takes 2-4 hours for me to find this out after each try. I know 100% my credit card is good. I've never had any problems ordering online, but I've never used ShareIt before. If I can ever get it to work I think this will be my last time to use their service if I have a choice : / I called their customer support and said it could take up to 3 days to verify my credit card. This is crazy I just want my Zebra2 lol. Anyone else have this problem?

ya. many credit/debit cards don't like the over-seas aspect (if you are in the US, that is).JX5k wrote: Anyone else have this problem?
i find it best to load up a pay-pal account in advance (since that takes time to process too) and pay that way.
sorry - probably not the answer you wanted, but an answer none the less.

oops - see you tried paypal... sorry! i don't know what the issue is then. but i do know my visa/debit will NEVER go thru with share-it. it takes 5 days to dump cash into paypal, but once it's there, using paypal via share-it is instant.

I've bought at least a dozen plugs via Share*it and had card troubles on nearly half the purchases.
trouble = purchase took days to clear or was inexplicably rejected. there is never any documented reason or notification and i was often in limbo / in the dark for days, wondering when the registration would arrive. i hate share*it and refuse to use it any more.
in some of the problematic cases, i was able to contact the developers and paypal them directly. in others i just gave up.
i fully recognize the (perceived) value it has for developers, but it definitely causes them to lose some sales due to confusion and frustration.

anyway, Urs/U-he is honest and attentive and you should contact him directly. i'm sure he'll sort you out.

Share*it is crap. Whenever I try ordering through them with PayPal as the payment-option it gets rejected. After the last rejection I contacted them only to find out that they can't/won't give any details. Of course they were blaming PayPal, while I never had any issues with PayPal itself other than through Share-It. Urs should seek another company for that business.

I've never had a problem with share-it and I'm here in the U.S. The only thing that's stupid is they always ask you to create a user account, but there is never a way to sign in to that account for the next purchase. Dumb.
Again, contact Urs. Every time I've had a slight issue (lost my MFM serial number) he was very helpful.
Good luck. Trust me, once you get it you'll be happy. Such a great synth.

In case of problems like that one can always contact me at anybody@u-he.com and we can work out PayPal or anything.
ShareIt has been extremely valuable for me, depsite some hickups here and there.

The trick for Share-it is to have a "paid" email address. You may still get calls in the early morning or something from your bank asking if you bought something, but after a few purchases it stops.
The trick for paypal is to just use your Visa and not log in to Paypal. Yes you will get a message saying to use your Paypal account next time and save money but the transaction will go through just like you only used the Visa.
What I have experienced...

Oh, I'm sorry Urs. I didn't realize that no one is allowed to have their own opinion in your forum. You forgot to Mod Edit the post by Amoeba that quoted me! Only when I'm in your forum I will pretend I love Zebra.

You can have an opinion, no problem. But you can't make fun of other people's problems.djanthonyw wrote:Oh, I'm sorry Urs. I didn't realize that no one is allowed to have their own opinion in your forum. You forgot to Mod Edit the post by Amoeba that quoted me!

Fair enough, sorry about the sarcasm, I was just joking. I'm obviously not going to really change some ones mind about what they want. My apologies.

What I'm curious about is why you visit this subforum, if you have that opinion about Zebra?
Do you really like one of Urs' other plugins, but dislike Zebra?
Anyway, an opinion is one thing, when put respectfully and in the right context. Voicing it in this manner is just a tad on the disrespectful side.
