Help Me... Mad Display... Maybe Dead Display...

Hi friends
After 2 months of inutilization i've swithced on my receptor.
The display says strange characters (like chinese symbols)...
I've connect a monitor and software working ok.
I've turn off it.
Now display is clean... and headphones don't work...
Help me please

I started to say "open the case and reseat all the cards" but that's not a good idea on this box (I do it all the time on my PCs, but this isn't a PC.) Contact tech support at Plugorama. May be fixable over the phone or email.
