Kontact and B4 Pitch Bend

I waited 4 days for this response from Native Instruments; I'm annoyed with their response to this question:

How can I get my B4, or B4ii to react to pitch bend messages?

I have several NI products installed both on my Receptor, and home computer. In this case I was told:

You report that you are using a Muse Receptor.
If these products are installed on the Muse, then you will need to contact them directly as they will be supporting your products.

Can anyone tell me how to achieve Pitch Bend with either B4 or B4ii?

I'm now also in need of adjusting the Pitch Bend in Kontact 2.
There is a default amount, but I need to change it, and can't find a basic Pitch Bend parameter control (should I write 'kontrol'?)

In the manual, it mentions having to insert a Module.
this seems to be for more advanced effects.

How can I simply adjust my Pitch Bend to be a minor 3rd, 5th or Octave?

That is a stupid response from NI. Your question has nothing to do with Receptor I don't think. Next time when you ask them something try leaving out the Receptor part since they may just disregard at that point. Anyways pitch bend in Kontakt2 is an external modulator so you have to attach the pitch bend external controller to the instrument and assign it to pitch. Within the module you can adjust what you want. Look in the browser's modules - modulator tab and you'll see 4 categories: Envelopes, LFO, Other, & External. Choose external and load the pitch bend module and you're off. Don't have B4 so I can't comment on that.

Hope that helps
