Hi,

I'm on mac os 10.5.5,
I use Ableton and Logic

I can't see and use the preset. Effectrix does'nt see the files .sbe.
I've installed several times but it doesn't change.
Why ?

Hi,

it could be that the "arial" font is not activated on your system.

Another reason could be that the Effectrix plist file must be deleted before you reinstall Effectrix.

No, arial font is ok, I try to install the older version is the same problem, I can see "Save preset" and "--preset--" only in the presets windows, if I save a preset, it make a file .sbe, and if I want to select my preset it's impossible, effectrix don't see the .sbe files

I open effectrix in Logic, in older version of Live, nothing.
I don't understand.
When I delete it I put in trash all effectrix files in "application" in "components" and in "VST".
It's ok ?

Hi, please send us the Effectrix plist file.
It can be found here: USER:Library:Preferences:com.sugar-bytes.Effectrix.plist.

It's ok thanx, I delete the sugar byte file in User > preference > macromedia and now it's ok, I can see my presets.

I have exactly the same problem with effectrix but in PC(no preset)

I'm french so I don't understand what's "plist file"

Hi,

on PC, just uninstall and reinstall Effectrix.

Make sure that you downloaded the latest version.

The presets must be located here: program files/Sugar Bytes/Effectrix/Content.

I've the same probleme with effectrix, in fact i use this with torq and i can't load preset ???

Hi,

on PC its enough just to uninstall and reinstall the program.

On mac the plist file must be deleted before reinstall, you
can find it here: USER/Library/Preferences/com.sugar-bytes.Effectrix.plist.

Please download the lates version before you reinstall the program.

try going to "SUGAR BYTES" directory in "PROGRAM FILES" (in my case on Windows 7 64 bit "C:\Program Files (x86)\VSTPlugins\Sugar Bytes") and check Windows permissions.

I made myself the folder owner with full access, which fixed the problem because Windows by default only gives full access to the ADMINISTRATOR account.

Hello, I hope this post is still active.

I use both Logic and Ableton on Mac. I created several presets in Logic that got saved with extension .aupreset. What should I do in order to be able to load those presets in Ableton, since Ableton seems to recognize only .sbe files?

Is there a way to transform .aupreset file into .sbe?

Im on fl studio on windows and uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt work. Giving myself permissions of the folder doesnt work. Nothing here works what do i do?
