I am having issues using the EMM Knagalis sitar program. From all appearances it seems to have been installed successfully, and it functioned the first time I opened the program up, but after setting up a snapshot that uses this program my receptor gets frozen up in loading. I end up having to force a shut down and reboot to a blank program. Any perspectives on this situation?

I use it regularly, and have for a few years ~ problem free.
I've never used a Snapshot.
Try the patch you want, several times, in a regular Multi, in order to determine if it's a Snapshot issue.
