Hi there Zebralads and Zebraladdettes,
I'm new to sound design so was hoping some of you on this forum could give their thoughts on this pad sound I've made with Zebra. It's a first go so I'm keen to hear your thoughts and whether you have any advice on how it could be improved etc. Anyway, here's the sound (excuse my playing). See what you think.

Thanks.

It made my visualization algorithm draw strange squares into the corners of the screen. I am very concerned about this, but I am fine with the sound, so don't let my glowy headed assistant discourage you. Sometimes she just gets like this, and there is nothing I can do.

Thanks for your comments. Listening to it again today I feel it sounds a little muddled. Ho hum, back to the drawing board. Sound design is harder than it looks (sounds?).

One way to solve this problem would be to get the uber sound designers to reveal their secrets. Here is the plan:
1) Build a device to extract sound design secrets, the Mind Organ Output Gadget. Here is a conceptual model:

2) Trick one the best sound designers into wearing the MOOG by telling them they are getting their hair dried, or that they are the winner of a pageant:

3) Hire the MOOG operator to do the data extraction:

Hope this helps.

Thanks.
Very nice. Sounds very Roland-like to my ears. I like the how the cello comes through at the end of the filter sweep.
Keep it up -- you're doing fine.
