Now Playing:
There's a new TubiLeSax MP3 demo. It's the "TubiLeSax Chapel Quartet" performing "Fugue in G Minor" for saxophone quartet.
http://www.dashsignature.com/synths/Aud ... _Minor.mp3
This is four instances of Tubi, each tuned and tweaked to be individual in character. They were then processed with impulse-response style reverb, courtesy of the SIR plugin. A Quantec "Chapel" impulse response was used on the reverb, hence the name of the "band".
It might not be entirely true to the original composer's concept, but I think it's an interesting demo of Tubi. Check it out.

lovely listening
the Fugue_in_G_Minor.mp3 is very intersting, it sounds to me like a bowed sax in the upper part,
while the bass part sound like medioeval woodwind, very strange and cool,

here's a little something made with the demo of tubilesax ...
my first exposure to jazz sax was an ornette coleman record
called , i believe , " the skies over america " ...
it was many years ago ... it was basically ornette blowing free ,
and some symphonic backing ...
i'm sorry i no longer have the record , and i can't give the propers ,
but this piece is loosely inspired by those days , and that sound ,
and this pretty wonderful piece of software ...
