I'm a big fan of Jake Kaufman (aka virt), a professional video game composer and all-around amazing musician. He wrote a piece called "World's Most Wanted Wiener" in Type 0 MIDI format in the span of one hour - not a typo, and there were plenty of witnesses. I've probably listened to this thing at least 50 times, and, during the course of some Zebra synthesis, decided to map it to all Zebra patches I had made.

All of the following you will hear is generated by Zebra, except for the drums, most of the patches being from my patch collection and a few being works in progress (such as that wicked clav lead.) All of the composition is by virt!

I found myself thinking Prince does Zappa. Or vice versa. Pretty amazing...the clav is a bitch, but so is the Leslie'd organ lede towards the end.

So, you're working on a new set for Z2?

To everyone, glad you enjoyed the rendition. Definitely check out Jake's site for more good music, as well as his professional page (http://www.jake.vgmix.com). I'm hoping to have a new set of presets done by January, many of them making use of the new features in Zebra 2.3.
