is there anyway to use the transmission skin in Z 2.3?

Yes. Just copy its Images and Resources folder here:

MacHD/Library/Application Support/u-he/Themes/Transmission/
C:\Program Files\u-he\Support\Themes\Transmission\

This makes it available in the new contextual menu.
