Consequence Question: loop length

Hi

This is really very impressive! I haven't been as excited about the possibilities of real time composition mangling since Steinberg's Interactive Phrase Synthesiser back in the old days!

My question is whether there's any overriding reason that each Consequence pattern shares the same loop length? It didn't take me very long to want a couple of shorter loops for bridges etc. Or am I missing something? Very likely since I don't work with loop sequencers much...

I have the same question about the Clock Divide. Could that be set on a per pattern basis. Though I could understand that there might be fundamental architecture reason why this isn't possible.

Thanks for a great instrument! It's on my shopping list..

Hi,

when you change the clock divider on the fly, it can happen that
the sequence becomes offset and so might not meet your arrangement anymore.
Thats why the "pattern keys" patterns must share the same tempo.

But having individual looplength settings on different patterns
is a good idea, we'll think about it!

best
