I just bought Minimonsta from Sweetwater.com. I have the installation disc now and the serial number. Do I have to pay extra now to put this on my new Receptor? I see on the Plug-O-Rama site has crossgrades for different plug-ins.
The Receptor arrives tomorrow...should I not install Minimonsta on my laptop computer?
How does this work (crossgrading Plug-O-Rama plug-ins)?

When you log in at the Plugorama site and click through you'll see the crossgrade info. Some charge, some do not. It is usually pretty low when they do charge. You'll have to follow instructions, and it does usually require some manual interaction. It hasn't taken long for those I've crossgraded.
You shouldn't have a problem with installing it on your computer. But that's obviously a better question for the dev.
