Hard Disk Size - What's already used upon delivery?

I'm looking at the various Receptor models with Komplete 5 preinstalled. Between Komplete5 and the preloaded premium plugs, how many GBytes of the drive will be consumed upon delivery? Also, with desktop computers I've read that you're not supposed to use up the whole hard disk, leaving say 30% or whatever free for optimum use. Does any such suggestion apply to the Receptor? Thanks!
