Okay, I've see that this got done, but do you have a tool so I can just convert a bunch of midi files to mdrummer format while preserving the file name (minus the file extension?)

Well, not really, I guess can be done.

Well, I was just thinking about it because I downloaded sample midi files from Groovee Monkey and it took a long time to load up each file and then convert to Mdrummer format.

Would be nice if you could point Mdrummer to a directory and have it do it all for you.

Hehe but there is already a batch MIDI import, except it also detects levels etc., so it is quite convenient for building banks for rhythm generator etc.
Anyway your batch MIDI import is already done and the update should be out during this week .
