Hi!you the SB-lovers,

I made a soft clipper for my necessity.
And put a simple GUI on.

On my macbook, it works well.
Does it work properly ?

Get it from here .

How do you like it?

For a while I used this on Tracktion 3 in my project,and I noticed that it was a little heavy.
So I made another version which has no GUI.

Oops!
I made a mistake.
I made light version by opening GUI version,fixing it and saving it.
So each subtype became the same. Logic (also Tracktion) couldn't recognize them correctly.

The correct things are here.

Through my project,I came to see that post gain was very useful. I added them.
And I see that linear to db element seems to make it heavier. I removed them. So each fader transmits linear gain now.

I have used atan() for cliping function ,but I found that tanh() was more smooth and gentle.
Thanks dscro in "Digital clipper" topic.

The tanh() versions here.
