Keyboard-controlled PEQ

I had to eliminate an instrument from an mixed sound file,so I made a keyboard-controlled PEQ.

Set the gain -,you can "kill" an instrument by playing the same melody on your midi keyboard .
Set the gain + , you can play PEQ on your sound file through your midi keyboard. It's like a monophonic synthesizer.

As it has both audio and midi input , its usage is unique. It depends the host.

In tracktion3, Put sound file to 1st track, and set the track's output to 2nd track.
Set midi input to 2nd track , activate it , insert "midiPEQ" to first position of the 2nd track.
There must be no audio file in 2nd track.
Then you can send both audio and midi input to the VST-FX.

In logic express 8, I have no way.
How can I send both audio and midi(including note on/off message) to AU?

I could send modulation by command-L , but how about note message?
Any idea?
