Hi,
Currently I'm using Receptor as an instrument and Ableton Live running on my laptop is my host sequencer, telling Receptor what to play. Is there a way to avoid the "middle man" of the laptop and have all of the MIDI sequencing done in Receptor? Thanks!!!!

I wish there were, what we use and we have toured this and it works really well. We use a Kenton control freak http://www.kentonuk.com/products/cfrk_studio.shtml so we can tweak the faders manually whilst playing live and we trigger the sounds via an SD midi controller http://www.sdmidicontroller.com/ I can fit it all in an 8 U gator case. Other peripherals I use are a USB track ball and roll up rubber QWERTY keyboard.
