Installing ZebraCM in Leopard

I am having some trouble with installation and hope that a forum member will be kind enough to assist. Am running Leopard and want to use this in Garageband

I copied the ZebraCM.component file to Mac HD / Library / Audio / Plug-Ins / Components, then placed the presets into a new folder called MacintoshHD/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/ZebraCM/

When I run Garageband, I can see ZebraCM as an AU Module in the lower right corner - but I can't get ZCM to run.

It's probably something blindingly obvious, but what am I missing here? How do I get it to work? Have I missed a file somewhere? Am using the original CM giveaway disk (i.e. the first one)
