Hey, just to double-check (not on home computer at the moment), but when generating rhythms, does it simply randomly collect from the rhythm components saved in the Components category?
Just wondering, if so I'm just wondering if it's possible to create my own and start from there.
Thanks in advance.

Well, as far as I know, there are no "Components" for rhythms. There are components from dumsets however and the drumset generator truly works this way.

Sorry, I think I meant the "Base Rhythms" or "Background Percussion" bits. Does the rhythm generator work directly from this?

Well, the principles of rhythm generator are briefly discussed in the help. Generally it takes the base rhythm which is used as background and merges with loops and essential beat (the one you edit in the loop editor). So if you want to create your own base rhythm, no problem! It is an ordinary rhythm, just a little more simple.
