I used Pianoteq 2.0 with my Muse Receptor Pro Jr. and had no problems. I used it routinely for gigs and at home. I recently upgraded to a Receptor Pro 2 and have a chronic problem with Pianoteq 2 (I hope they fix it with Pianoteq 3.0 when it is receptorized. When I use Pianoteq 2 with the Receptor Pro 2, I will be playing and then there will be a short buzz and then lose signal fro 4-5 seconds. Then it returns. I can't use the Receptor 2 to gig with because the unit is unstable. I have spoken with Muse and they have not been able to recreate it there. We have tried adjusting the buffer size, using single core vs dual. No luck yet. Any one else having trouble out there?

I had PT 2.0 on my Receptor rev C with no problem. I have not used it too much with my upgraded Receptor 2 Pro yet, but I have not had any problems such as you describe. My Receptor 2 has been very stable over all. Is PT the only plug loaded at the time?

I tried Pianoteq alone as well as with NI Elektric Piano. All of the NI plugins worked fine. It was the Pianoteq plugin that gave me the trouble.TWB121234 wrote:I had PT 2.0 on my Receptor rev C with no problem. Sorry you are having trouble. I guess a support ticket is about the the only other thing I can think of - or perhaps try uninstalling and reinstalling? Good luck -
