The tutorial you give on the web site will not work. Can we bring in a loop right click and choose "Create MultiSample Using Locators" and have it add locators by transient? I follow the steps in the tutorial and it will not work.

At what step does it go wrong?Stephan326 wrote:The tutorial you give on the web site will not work.
Not yet. But you can define the locators manually. Can we [...] add locators by transient?

Here's what I do:
I make x locators, create as many zones in the multisample piano window and nudge the locators as I'm spidering up the keys in realtime - it's a pretty effectve and intuitive way to get your slices to be where you want them to be (you need a keyboard though).
Or you can program a sequence where each note represents a locator (staircase style) and loop it (or parts of it) while you're adjusting the locators.
