I'm having an issue with the transport 'panel'. The metronome button. The image i am using is 20x40, so the xml code is x,x,20,20... only it's not displaying right in the program, it wants to do the cycling image thing when the viewing area is not in agreement with the image. I think it's the hight that getting cut off. like it's stuck at a height 18px or something like that.

Note that the MetronomeButton.Png has 3 states!
So if the very metronome itself is 20x20, then MetronomeButton.Png will be 20x60.
Hope you see what i mean. Please also check LooxPhat.

I also have been wondering something for a while too about the skinning engine, it's kind of a hypothetical thing but it's been on my mind so i'll just ask; is it possible to create new formats or icons, say if two elements call on the same format or icon, then could you just make two of whatever is being used with different names, and then call them separately from the xml? i've not done enough of this yet to run across this situation if it exist but if so would that be possible? so i guess what i'm asking is does the xml dictate all this solely or does it have some part of the program that it must agree with?
In the future there will be robots!

Yes the application looks for certain names.
There has to be some binding of course.
Cheers!
