How do I tempo synch all the uhbik plugs to host?

All the ones that makes sense to sync has a timeunit window where you can set it. All mine where on by default.

The modes "quarters" and "1/x" are tempo synced. You "place" them into the rhythm by tweaking the phase knob until you get what you want.

They go out of sync when you tweak the time knob, but that's only to keep operation/automation smooth. They automatically go back to sync as soon as it's "safe", that is, when there's a short pause/silence in the audio.
