Snapshot from midi keyboard

Hello!
I'm looking for the best way to change sounds on receptor (on stage). I use a M-Audio keystation pro 88 with Receptor, and I would like to change the sounds with the midi controller. Wich is the best way to do it? Snapshots? channel change?...and....I want to do it from directly from my midikeyboard...
