Service Center Issues on my receptor

Hello KVR. I had been having a lot of trouble trying to update my Komplete 5 on my Receptor, the service center from the muse receptor wont connect to the internet even though is conected to the DSL modem directly. I have never been able to download my Komplete 5 upgrades. I still have trouble with the service center on my computer, which holds my Kore 2, EW silver licences.
Every time I try to load up service center, its says "selfupgrade in process", and it keeps restarting and selfupgrading and never stops.

Service center does not work from receptor.


1) You must download the appropriate updates directly from www.native-instruments.com (http://www.native-instruments.com). Click on the 'support' button and then 'updates.

2) You want to make sure you are searching for the 'Windows' updates (even though you run on a mac). Receptor needs to have windows updates to work. In addition, only SPECIFIC updates can work on Receptor:

* Battery 3.0.4
* FM 8 1.0.3
* Guitar Rig 3.1.1
* Elektrik Piano 1.5.0.011
* Kontakt 3.0.2
* Massive 1.1.3
* Pro53 3.0.5
* Reaktor 5.05

Installing any updates that are more current than these have the potential to break your receptor or hard drive, so please only install the updates listed above.

3) Once you download an update to use (Kontakt 3 for example) You can run the updates using Direct Install. TO do this open Direct INstall using Receptor Remote and search for Kontakt 3. On the plugin page there should be a button that says 'install latest update'. Clicking begin installing under this tab will install open a file browser. Use this browser to find the updater you got from native instruments website and then open it.

4) Continue by following the on screen instructions, selecting defaults when prompted. At the end you may be asked to run the service center installer. Deselect this option, as it should not be necessary.
