I'm sorry to hear that. We bought all new licenses from iZotope for that last sale so I can't imagine how that happened. Did we sort it out for you yet?

I haven't paid too much attention in the past to Plugin Boutique's token reward stuff and now I have 3 tokens. Anyone known if there is some worthwhile stuff on there throughout a year? Since I already have Kick 2, EZkeys and such the stuff they have now doesn't interest me.

Just hold your tokens.. Occasionally those give you some pretty nice discounts.

I've typically cashed in tokens for additional cash reward discounts before making larger purchases. Most of the plugins they've offered for tokens haven't been interesting for me.

Stacking cash discounts on top of sale prices is the way to go with PB.

It's actually quite good.
Not a lot of variation to be had like some Kontakt kits, but the basic tone is very useable.

There's no mention of velocity layers or round robins anywhere. Just listening to the demos I suspect there's few if any velocity layers and RRs. Can you tell us anything about that?

I held out for a "Flash Sale" at the end of Feb but it never came, so I just put my $50 down on Indent > Dent 2 upgrade + SPL Mo-Verb Plus. $8 total cannot complain - but yeah... the great sales of the recent past may be over. How long does it take usually for kv331 support to transfer license/serial to a new owner?

From 10 minutes to couple of days. Though it's weekend now so may not move.

KV331 support is by far the worst company I've dealt with. I've been waiting months for support. They either A. Insult you. Call you a liar. OR Just outright ignore your questions and emails. It's a wonder how they have managed to stay in business this long. I even wrote the owner to voice my concerns and was complete ignored. *sigh* they won't be getting any more of my money.

Same thing here, its been days since I sent request to transfer license to a new owner and no reply. I paid 15$ transfer license as well...again no reply...really nice and professional. I will never ever buy something from them in the future.
