Muse Receptor....repair turnaround?

My Receptor has been sent in for a power supply that went bad and took out my sound card. Muse has had my Receptor for 3 weeks now; as of last nite, when I called, they had yet to even open it. Is this typical "turnaround" time for Muse, or any other manufacturer? This is not warranty service.

I seem to recall it taking 4 weeks to upgrade my Rev to a Pro Jr.

Common Tony don't let them hold you down with the warranty or else thing. I saw you over at MPF. I'd get it back and change it out myself. It's just a winnie little plug n play 1 unit PS. Just tell them to send it back with a new PS that you can change out with the burnt one.
A minor scale is a major scale starting 3 half steps down from the major and visa versa. Any Chord has as many versions as it has notes.

As I said in the original post, it's not that simple. It looks like the soundcard was destroyed (no audio is produced at the output, only at the headphone jack); on top of that, the bios was knocked out of whack (or so they say) because now my Receptor doesn't recognize any of my i'Lokd software.

They also told me that it's not a switch and play power supply, that the board needs to be redrilled and blahblahblah.

They told me 2 weeks ago, there were 20 (!) units ahead of mine. I called Wed, Thurs and today, and the tech people "were off today". But they did say there are 20 repairs ahead of mine. I asked if they are the same 20, and he couldn't answer.

Nice that they have that many units sitting around waiting to be fixed, but that the tech people can take Wed/Thurs/Fri off. Wish my job worked like that.

I've been inside mine,I know I could change out the hardware. As for the bios Muse is a pain when it comes to letting any info out on that because they think they're going to be the Appel of music computors. I think the reason your audio only works on the head out is because that only uses an op amp and the audio board needs a higher voltage or more current that is not available from the PS. oh well Maybe not.
