It seems that the 'pan' and the 'ratio' parameters are not automatable

can you please make all the parameters automation-able?

You can assign these knobs to one of the 8 X/Y axes. From there you can automate this axis from your host.

I'm not exactly sure how you're trying to modulate the sound, but odds are you can do it. You should read the manual's sections on direct modulation and the modmatrix.

Modulation Mapping:

The Z2 LFO:

The modMatrix has moved, it's now a tab at the bottom of the synth. Otherwise these same instructions apply:

You can pretty much modulate anything in Zebra. If you want to automate Ratio or Pan, right click on the Ratio control and select assign to... X or Y 1,2,3. Then the XY control can be modulated. The XY's are great to control multiple parameters at once.
